Join this powerful four-week Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, where we gather as a committed group to explore the profound healing and awakening potential of the breath. Over the course of four sessions, you will be guided through a progressive breathwork experience, allowing for deeper integration, emotional release, and personal transformation.
Each session builds upon the last, creating a safe and supportive container for growth, self-discovery, and lasting change. Through intentional breathing, music, and gentle guidance, you’ll connect with your body’s wisdom, release limiting patterns, and cultivate inner clarity.

No previous experience is required.

  • Participating in the workshop was a new experience for me, as I had never attended a Breathwork course or similar before. Although I was unsure and anxious at first, you and the setting of the group were able to pick me up well. The atmosphere you created was very inviting, warm and cozy. I felt extremely comfortable. The breathing itself was a different experience on each of the four evenings – the best thing for me was that I was able to get involved no matter what the evening was like. Anitas calm way of leading the course and your playlists helped me to accept whatever was there. I found it exciting to see how different the experiences were among the participants. As we met and exchanged ideas with the same participants every week, a certain familiarity developed. The crowning glory for me was the 1 to 1 after the four group sessions. I couldn’t have wished for anything better than to have these two experiences in this order. Since the Breathwork sessions, I feel deeper and more honest. It has helped me to let go of something, to shed a trained layer. It is difficult to find the right words.
