About me

“Belonging isn’t something you find, it’s something you drop into.”
Personal Journey
For a long time, I searched for belonging in many places. As a self-claimed world traveler, I moved through different countries, cultures, and communities, hoping to find a sense of home. Over time, I realized that belonging is not something we find outside of ourselves alone. Through the breath, I discovered that it is both an inner place and something that becomes real through true human connection.
Yet human connection is not always experienced as safe. For many of us, connection needs to be relearned—slowly and gently—together with dignity, boundaries, and choice. This relearning happens not only in the mind, but deeply in the physical body and nervous system, which is central to my work as a breathwork facilitator.
I am the daughter of a single mother; my father was absent from the very beginning. In my earliest years, I encountered several deaths, which introduced me early on to the impermanence of life. Through my personal healing journey and professional development, I came to recognize the resources that grew from these experiences: resilience, strength, sensitivity, and the capacity to stay present with others in both vulnerability and power.
Along the way, I learned to stay connected without losing myself, to release the need to perform in order to be loved, and to allow my needs to be expressed. These learnings continue to shape both my life and my work.
At the age of 19, living with asthma and ADD, I came in touch with breathwork through yoga. What began as a personal practice became a lifelong companion and eventually a professional path. Breathwork opened doors I never imagined—into the body, into healing, and into work that feels deeply meaningful.
I am a strong believer in post-traumatic growth, in the incredible resources of human beings, and in the wisdom of the body.

Professional and Personal Approach
I work as a breathwork therapist and facilitator, specializing in conscious connected breathwork for individuals and groups. My work is grounded in somatic, body-based, and experiential practices that support awareness, regulation, and inner clarity.
I am currently in training to become a somatic psychologist and shock trauma therapist, deepening my understanding of how stress, trauma, and relational patterns are held in the body.
How I Work
In my sessions, I accompany people with presence, clarity, and respect. I do not see myself as someone who “fixes,” but as a guide who creates a safe, attuned space where your own wisdom can unfold. Breathwork, somatic awareness, and relational safety form the foundation of my approach.
Whether in individual breathwork sessions, group workshops, or breathwork teacher training, my intention is to work with dignity—honoring boundaries, choice, and the intelligence of the body.
My Intention
My motivation is to support others in finding their sense of belonging within, reconnecting with their inner truth, and improving their life quality through self-healing. I believe that when we feel rooted inside, we can meet others with openness, presence, and integrity.
The breath remains at the center of my work—a simple yet profound teacher that continues to guide me in this path as a breathwork therapist, facilitator, and mentor.
