Whether you are seeking relief from physical ailments, emotional distress, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being, I am here to support you on your journey towards greater health and happiness.
Depending on your objective we will be utilising a variety of powerful techniques including conscious connected breathwork, pranayama, and the Buteyko method. To support your process the session will be enhanced through bodywork and coaching.
This holistic and down-to-earth approach to Breathwork is designed to facilitate deep healing, transformation, and self-discovery.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (in Person)
110-120 minutes
A conscious connected breathwork session is a guided journey into deeper awareness, beginning with a brief check-in to attune to what is present in your body and life. Through continuous, connected breathing, I accompany you in exploring sensations, emotions, and inner landscapes, allowing held patterns to soften and new clarity to emerge. The session closes with dedicated integration time to rest, reflect, and ground the experience, supporting lasting insight and alignment beyond the session.

Somatic Mentorship (in Person and Online) 60 minutes
A personalized mentorship experience where I accompany you as a guide, using tools from breathwork, somatic psychology, and yoga-based practices. Together, we explore what’s present in your body and life, release patterns that hold you back, and cultivate clarity, grounding, and a deeper sense of true self. These sessions support you in moving forward—personally and professionally—with greater presence and alignment.
